Candidates:
full name
email address
phone number
work experience, education and other information included in your CV
Clients and business partners:
company name
contact details (name, email, phone number)
cooperation-related information
Employees and transport coordination:
identification and contact data
data necessary for organizing transport and work assignments
Providing data is voluntary, but in some cases necessary to participate in recruitment or cooperation.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
conducting recruitment processes and contacting candidates
presenting job offers tailored to the candidate’s profile
entering into and performing contracts
communication with clients and business partners
organization of employee transport and logistics
internal administrative and operational purposes
Legal basis:
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (e.g. for future recruitment)
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest (business communication, recruitment, operations)
Personal data is not processed in a manner incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected.

Personal data may be shared with:
clients (potential employers)
recruitment partners, including BPS Sp. z o.o. in Poznań and FPS2004 ApS
transport companies involved in employee logistics

Data is processed primarily in Denmark and other countries within the European Economic Area (EEA).

up to 24 months after completion (if consent for future recruitment is given)
